Returns & Exchanges
As a Proudly South African business, our aim is to give you great service. Because we know that if we do, then our little company will grow. And so we will try our best to make returns and exchanges as easy for you as we can.
If the clothes you’ve ordered do not fit or you are not happy with your order, please do return them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back excluding courier costs. We will do our best to exchange items depending on our stock availability
Garments must be unworn and unwashed with the branded swing tag attached.
Simply email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send an email to email@example.com and request a return or exchange. Please include your order number in this email and let us know which goods you would like to exchange or return.
Once we have received your email, we will arrange for our couriers to come and collect your parcel. It’s that easy!
