We have two goals at LESEDI. Make South Africa’s most adorable kids clothing AND delight our customers with smooth hassle-free deliveries! 

Once your order has been placed on our website, you will receive an email from our couriers confirming that your order is on its way to you. The email will contain a tracking number that you can use to track your delivery. Most of our deliveries are made within 3 working days, but usually take less time. (This does not include public holidays or weekends.)

Our couriers deliver MONDAYS - FRIDAYS: 08h00-17h00

When placing your order, please indicate your daytime address for delivery, as a request for a second delivery might result in an additional fee. Any incorrect address details will often result in the parcel being returned to the sender, in which case you may be charged for re-delivery.

All deliveries are traceable and require a signature. Lesedi unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any misplaced or unclaimed parcels.

Please note, with COVID19 it might take us a few days longer to get your delivery to you, but your parcel will be trackable every step of the way.
